Letter of Recommendation: Kelly Conrad

Dear:

Kelly Conrad has worked under my supervision since August 23, 2017 as a Nursing Student in the 4th
semester Preceptor ship program, at the University of Arizona, College of Nursing. Kelly was at
Northwest Hospital in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit during her preceptor ship. During her rotation,
Kelly approved to be an efficient, hardworking, patient advocate and important team member. Not only
did her Preceptor, but other staff members commented on her excellence when caring for her patients,
and families. Kelly also collaborated with other Interdisplinary staff in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit
effectively. Kelly has excellent critical care thinking skills and nursing skills.

I was very impressed with Kellys ability to complete all work assigned to her in a timely professional
manner, and she was able to critical think and manage her patients appropriately. In addition, Kelly was
very precise and thorough with all her academic work and clinical expectations.

I highly recommend Kelly for whatever position she may decide to endeavor. She is a type of person that
anyone would enjoy to work be side.
