I am honored to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Victoria Haros, a BSN student
who is soon to graduate from the College of Nursing this May, 2021.

I have had the privilege of mentoring and working with Victoria as a clinical nursing student as
she completed her Population Health/Community course within the College of Nursing this
spring. She exhibits strong clinical judgement, leadership and interpersonal skills throughout the
clinical experience. She demonstrated effective team member interactions, systems thinking and
also team leadership for her group’s educational project implemented in the community.

As Victoria progressed across the curriculum, she incorporated evidence-based educational

strategies for the implemented project. She was sensitive to how the clients served and her
colleagues adapt to change. She applied best practice evidence to her strong clinical reasoning to
plan into healthcare systems improvements. She was collegial within and across healthcare and
community-based service disciplines.
