Development Project for making appointments purely for the respective project period at University of Agriculture, Faisalabad with
the prescribed qualification/criteria, mentioned below: -

Project Name: Establishment of National Center in Big Data & Cloud Computing (NCBC) (HEC funded)
Location of duty: Precision Agriculture and Analytics Lab (PAAL) at University of Agriculture, Faisalabad

University with 2 years relevant experience in an organization of
repute with Business Development Background.
The ideal candidate should have following skills: Good Rs. 91,000/- per

3 communication, presentation and writing skills, Well-versed with month

commonly used software, Strong leadership, stakeholder (Consolidated)
management and Networking skills, Ability to deliver high quality
work in a challenging environment.
Experience in establishing Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) would
be a plus.
Bachelor degree (16 years’ qualification) in relevant subject
Two Research Associates from HEC recognized institute with 1-year relevant experience.
One each in the following OR Rs. 75,000/- per
4 areas: - Master’s degree (18 years’ qualification) in relevant field from month
i. Agri. Bioinformatics. HEC recognized institute. (Consolidated)
ii. Data Science. Note:- Sound analytical and report writing skills is a pre-
requisite for this post.

Rs. 45,000/- per

One Research Assistant Master's degree at least in 2nd division or B.Sc.(Hons) in
5 month
i. Precision Agriculture. the relevant field.

refundable) amounting to Rs. 500/- in favour of the Treasurer, University of Agriculture, Faisalabad, to the
Office of the Director, Directorate of Planning & Development, 1st Floor, Admin Block-II, Opp. Central Masjid,
University of Agriculture, Faisalabad by October 26, 2021 (COB). The envelope should be clearly marked for the
position applied for on the top right corner. By hand applications shall not be entertained.

2. Experience means the experience gained after acquiring the basic requisite qualification for the posts.

3. Degrees only from HEC recognized Universities/Institutions will be considered.

4. All the positions are project based and no claim for regularization shall be entertained.

5. The Scrutiny of applicants by the Scrutiny Committee shall be final and only eligible and shortlisted candidates
will be invited for test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
6. The University shall not be responsible upon delayed/Non-Receipt of Call Letters due to any lapse of Courier
Agency/Post Office etc.

7. The University reserves the rights not to fill any position or withhold appointment against any position without
assigning the reason.

8. Appointment will be made upto project completion period as mentioned above. Further extension will be
subject to extension in gestation period of the project by the Sponsoring Agency and satisfactory performance of
employee.
