Follow up discussion on Phonemic Accuracy

Note: There are only three contributions so far in the forum (video) and it´s open until
tomorrow. 

New forum question: The listening activity we did with the video paved the way to a
discussion I wanted to have with you to exchange insights into the implications of
phonemic accuracy in a professional of a language.

1. If the speaker in the video is genuinely a graduate teacher of English, what are the
implications for you as soon-to-be graduate professionals of the English language?
2. Also, what are the implications for the teachers/agents of the system that certify a
student´s knowledge of the object of study and their phonological, phonetics and
oracy skills?
3. Thirdly, what are the implications for all of us if the speaker in the video is not a
graduate teacher of English?
