A 28 year old arrive sto your office due to nausea and one week history of headache. On
interrogation P: 2, D:0, C:0, A1. Currently in pregnancy with 16 gestation weeks. On physical
examination HR: 88 bpm, RR: 18 rpm, TA: 142/94 mmHg, T: 37 oC, 24 cm uterine fundus.
Abdominal ultrasound is performed which shows mixed echogenic pattern, image in "snowflakes",
absence of fetal heart rate and presence of fetal parts.
