Open a new incognito window

Enter myapps.microsoft.com
Please enter your waters email address | CONID@guest.waters.com
Authentication will be activated for the user

Setup 2 Security Modes. Security Questions should be either remembered or noted down for
future reference
After the information is entered and authentication is complete, you should be on the myapps
page with all applications listed down

Click on Pulse Secure to connect to Waters VPN

Option to start the VPN connection Process will appear

Click on Start. Installer will be downloaded and installed for the first time, this may take few min.
Once the application is installed, you will be able to connect to Waters VPN.
In your taskbar, you should see an upward green arrow showing the VPN has been connected.
