person's body size.A person that working in a sitting position truly needs a ergonomic
chair because they're gonna be working for a long period so they're body should be
comfortable

Yes,the position of your monitor matters because if the monitor is not positioned well then the
person posture is off which means their bodys will be positioned which will lead to back
pain,eyestrain and more common problems.The position that you should aim for is 15
degrees to almost 30 degrees because the eyes are straightforward and downard
cast which means are eyes are more comfortable with that position

7. Lighting is also an important feature of an office setup. Explain.

Lighting is also an important feature of an office setup because if the lighting is


good you can see your handwriting and printings and it's easy on your eyes but if the
lighting is bad it can cause a glare to your eyes

features/aspects of proper posture - what does it look like?

a proper posture when sitting looks like when your back is straight and your feet have a 90
degree angle and your torso isn't twisting,some features of proper posture is that you won't
have neck pain or shoulder pain or such due to the fact your posture is good

9. Workers are often told to take breaks and do exercises to assist with
computer comfort. Explain one exercise that workers can do at their desk to help
them reduce stress and pain.

Shoulder Shrug: the shoulders strug helps revive your neck and shoulders
without getting up or moving that much and it also prevents tension and such..
