Detailed description of equipment

1. Flake ice machine LIF-200 4sets

The flake ice machine Ice production 20 tons per day, it put on the top of the rake ice
storage cold room. The ice will come down to the rack ice storage cold room
2. Air cooling condenser 4sets

Air cooling condenser use for the flake ice machine cooling, the air-cooling condenser
can condense the refrigerant gas at high temperature and high pressure into
refrigerant liquid at room temperature and high pressure.
3. Oil Cooler 4sets

The oil cooler cools the high-temperature lubricating oil discharged from the
compressor of the flake ice machine to normal temperature for recycling by the
compressor
4. Cold room board 67pcs
Cold storage board is a polyurethane foam board with a thickness of 150 mm. It can
keep the cold store low temperature.
5. Cold room compressor condensing unit 1set

The compressor condensing unit serves the cold storage, It reduces the temperature in
the freezer to a specified set temperature.
6 Cooling fan 2sets

The air cooler is a complete refrigeration system combined with the compressor
condensing unit. It reduces the temperature in the freezer to a specified set
temperature.
