Subject: Pleasure to learn more about Intelcia Company

Thank you so much for the opportunity you provided me to talk about the position of
production manager with Intelcia yesterday.

It was great to learn about your value as a company, especially that you care about each
employee’s dream to succeed at his own ambitions, dreams, and visions and that you care
much about respect. Those are the values that interested me so much when hearing about
your company and prompted me to apply for the job.

Also, the details you mentioned about internal promotion for employees attracted me so
much, because each of the positions I had at my previous company was the result of an
internal promotion.

For example, when I started at the company, I started as a customer advisor, and through my
skills as a self-learner who learns easily the work procedures and builds on them to make
them even better, I got the project to expand locally and internationally because our quality of
work was always 100% conforming to the expectations of our customer. This result has given
me the opportunity to become the quality manager and later the project manager for the
company.

I’ve been thinking as well about the big issue you mentioned about the project. You told me
that the quality of the work was down to 65%, even though the customer’s requirement is for
90% quality. In my previous work, we experienced the same thing at the beginning of the
project. This was because my team didn’t understand the key to getting that result, which is to
first understand the work procedures, do research, and pay attention to the details.
Fortunately, I had the skills to make that happen, so I helped the team understand that key,
and we were able to increase the result from 60% to 95% and have kept that result
consistently, which satisfied our customers and gave us more projects later.
