3.4.1 Enactment of Act National Forestry Act 1984 (Application) Regulations

Enactment of Act National Forestry Act 1984 (Application) Regulations 1985 

Perak state authority was structure a forest under Enactment of Act National Forestry Act
1984 (Application) Regulations 1985 as wildlife protection. Issues related to forestry
administration, management, and control of forest resources was guide under its enactment. In
this enactment, the holder of license, minor license, removal license or by his agent who take the
forest produce shall make a declaration in the prescribed form in the Forest Rules 1988. Perak
State approve this enactment to protect wildlife species in Taman Paya Bakau Desa Manjung
Raya ,Perak
 3.4.2 Water Enactment 1935

This enactment was used in government of the States of Peninsular Malaysia including
Perak state. Any person who shall in any State interfere with the bank of any water bodies may
by order of the State Authority be required to restore the same to the condition in which it was
immediately prior to such interference or to remake the same in such manner as may be specified
in such order. This enactment was implemented in state for protection source of water including
mangrove area.
