4. What are the rules & regulations for attendees/visitors? (10Pts.)

1. Rules and Regulations

By registering for an exhibition or exhibiting at our exhibition grounds, you signify your acceptance of
these rules and regulations and any other rules and regulations referred to herein or reasonably
notified to you at the exhibition grounds, and you agree to abide by and follow.

Visitors who do not confirm their acceptance of these rules and regulations in writing prior to their
attendance are not permitted to attend the Exhibition and are not permitted to attend the Exhibition.
Your admission badge allows you to visit concurrent exhibitions co-organized by HKTDC and other
partners. By doing so, you accept and agree to abide by the visitor rules and regulations relevant to
your respective exhibition.

2. Visitor Conduct

You shall not or shall not be permitted to do anything that will cause or may cause any harassment,
nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, damage or danger to any person or thing, or which, in the
opinion of the Organiser, does not meet the general standards of exhibitions or violates such any
action against the rules and regulations.

We reserve the right to deny entry or ask visitors to leave if the conduct of any visitor violates these
rules and regulations or the applicable laws or regulations. In this regard, our opinion is final.

Liability We shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any of your property in or near the exhibition
grounds, or for the death or injury of any visitor in or near the exhibition grounds, unless the death or
damage is caused by us Negligence or otherwise, which cannot be exempted or restricted by law,
unless otherwise.

You agree that we shall not be liable to you in respect of any goods or services offered or sold by any
exhibitor or representations made by any exhibitor at the exhibition.

You agree to any damage or allegation of damage caused by you to the property, business or
reputation of ours, other exhibitors or visitors or the venue operator, including (but not limited to)
damage arising from your breach of these rules and regulations , indemnify us and hold us harmless.

You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any errors or omissions with respect to any
information of any exhibitor or its products in the official exhibition catalogue or any other publicity or
other printed matter or any information provided by us or such exhibitor. legal liability.

4. Recording

You are not allowed to record images in any form while attending the exhibition without our prior
written consent. Prohibited forms include (but are not limited to) photographs, video recordings or
digital recordings of any kind, as well as drawings or sketches. You agree to surrender to us upon
request any media images that may be recorded in violation of this rule.

Copyright and other intellectual property or other rights (including, for the avoidance of doubt, rights
to sound recordings and broadcasts) in material created in violation of this clause 4, whether arising

now or in the future, shall belong to us unconditionally from the time of creation , and you agree to
take all actions necessary to properly vest the above rights and execute all documents necessary to
properly vest the above rights.

You agree to all claims, liabilities, losses, legal proceedings, damages of any kind whatsoever arising
by or on our behalf or against us for any infringement or other claim arising out of or arising out of
your unauthorised making of any records Indemnities, judgments, expenses, costs (including legal
fees) and charges, indemnify us and hold us harmless.

You acknowledge and agree that when we take photos/videos, we may include images of your
attendance at the exhibition. You hereby agree to grant to us an unrestricted, perpetual, universal,
royalty-free and non-transferable Universal right and license to use such images without
compensation. You acknowledge that we are the sole owner of all rights in such images and hereby
waive (a) any and all rights in such images, and (b) any and all rights you may have arising out of our
use of such images or arising therefrom any and all claims.

5. Privacy Policy

You agree to the use and disclosure of your information in the manner set out in our Privacy Policy
Statement (as updated from time to time).

6. Governing Laws and Jurisdictions

These terms of use shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

7. Chinese

version In case of any discrepancy or discrepancy between the Chinese version of the Terms of Use
and its English version, the English version shall prevail. If any part of the Chinese version is unclear,
