While thanking you for your kind acceptance for internship training of cerl.,Jin sLudcnts of Lhis institution
vide reference cited, I am directing them to undergo internship in your estccrncd organi1dlio11/lndustry for a
period of six months starting from 16 June 2020. I request you to kindly arranp,e to provide necessary internship
by allotting suitable work for a period of six months, so as to enable them to familicJri;c with working
environment and practices followed in the organization for their prosperous future .

In this · regard, I also inform you that every student has been insured for a period or one year with
Nationalized Insurance Company and has executed Indemnity bond (copies enclosed). The students also had
orientation class with regard to safety precautions to be followed in the organization/Industry. Industrial
training performances of the students need to be assessed .for every three rnonths. One faculty rnernber, from
the institution, will be deputed to assist you in assessing the performance or the stucfonts.

You are also requested to issue the certificate of training testimonial/i,:iternship to the~ participants_ after
completion of six months training.
