Briefly answer the questions:

1. Why it is important to know the Philippine Literary History?

- The Philippine Literary History is crucial to our identity as Filipinos. What we are now
and what we have to this point stem from the background of our history. It is important to be
knowledgeable about our own Philippine Literary History because doing so we will be able to
appreciate how our literature developed and spread the beauty and complexity of it to our future
generations. Furthermore, learning about it will preserve its honor and grace.

2. As a grade 11 Filipino learner, in what way you can show a sense of adaptability to the diverse
Philippines Literary History?

- There are many stages and periods of what our Literary History has went through in order
to become the developed and intricate literature it is now. Considering the varied literary history
of the Philippines, I can demonstrate a sense of adaptation by being open to accept, embrace, and
appreciate it. I am eager to be more familiar about our history, be able to adapt to it, and share its
legacy to people.
