INC. HELD ON JUNE 18, 2022 AT 8: 00 AM AT GPTA OFFICE GOA ,
CAMAMARNES SUR

RESOLUTION NO. 06, S. 2022

RESOLUTION GRANTING GCS A LOAN AMOUNTING TO FORTY

NINE THOUSAND PESOS Php. 49, 000. 00 INTENDED FOR THE
SALARIES / WAGES OF THE JOB ORDER EMPLOYEES AND OTHER
ESSENTIAL NEEDS OF THE SCHOOL

WHEREAS, with the delay of MOOE Downloading of our school due

to the delayed approval of the Authority to Pay of the newly designated
Finance Officer and School Disturbing Officer from the Bureau of Treasury
(BTr ) to replace our School Disturbing Officer who will be promoted and for
transfer to other district and school, our school in facing hardship to pay
some expenses.
 WHEREAS, Payment for Electricity and Procurement of Supplies of
our School has been personally given resolution of this office just provide
supplies for Printing Learner Materials and continues supply of electricity.

WHEREAS, in motion presented by Mrs, Madonna Beringuela and duly

seconded by Mrs. Cynthia Narvaez be it. By following conditions as follows.
1. Letter
2. Purpose of borrowing money.
3. It should alsp possible to state the exact date to return the money.
4. Cash on hand should. Be deposited first to the bank before
withdrawal.

WHEREAS, Upon Downloading of the School MOOE, the office will be

returning the exact amount to GPTA Officers on or before July 30, 2022

WHEREAS, the GPTA Officers approved to grant GCS a loan amounting

to forty nine thousand pesos Php. 49, 000. 00 intended for the salaries /
wages of the job order employees and other necessities of the school.

WHEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved that the approved GCS loan
amounting forty nine thousand pesos Php, 49, 000. 00 grant by all
means.

Beringuela and unanimously seconded by the GPTA board officers be it.
 I, hereby certify that the foregoing is true and accurate copy of
