 The time temperature abuse is the act of allowing food to stay in the
temperature danger zone of 41 to 135 F

 Langmuir probes ( for electron temperature of plasma )

3. What are the General thermometer guidelines?
 First thermometer used to measure the temperature of food must to
accurate to.
 Second place probe into the part of the food.
 Third wait seconds after inserting a bimetallic stemmed thermometer
before recording the temperature of a food.
 Fourth Make sure your thermometers are accurate by them regularly.
