MY JOURNEY TOWARDS FINDING MY IDENTITY

When I was a kid, I recall having dreams about becoming a hero and learning how to
fly and become invisible. I’ve always wanted to be a teacher since I enjoy imparting
knowledge to my younger siblings. With my abilities, I hope to instruct the kids. I
believe that if I become a teacher in the future, I will be able to assist other kids who
cannot attend school. I want to pursue being a teacher first because of this.

I start to become addicted to kpop and kdrama in high school. It began to alter my
aspirations for the future. I had had aspirations of being an idol, but they soon faded.
I’ve also started to harbor ambitions of attending medical school, but my family is
unable to pay the cost. Then it changed, and I promised myself I would train to be an
accountant. So I aim to enroll in the ABM component of the Academic Track. My
desire to become a teacher continues to increase, though. I therefore promised
myself that I would teach math or accounting in the future.

My family cannot afford to send me to college, so I am unable to pursue my dream of

becoming an accountant as I attend college. I made the decision to change my
degree since I had always wanted to be a teacher since I was a young child.
Unfortunately, I was unable to attend that course at that time because all available
places were taken. In my first year, I enroll in an IT course. When I enter my second
year of college, I transfer my focus to education because I didn’t give up. And I’m
overjoyed to have my previous dream.
