    Greetings of Peace and Love!

    I, JIMSON E. MALONZO, Physical Education 4 Instructor of Gapan City College (GCC) would
    like to ask your good office to allow students from GCC to have the practical exam for their P.E
    subject that will be held on February 13 – 17 & February 20-24 , 2023 here at Gapan City Gym,
    Gapan City.
    The Physical Education subject is more concerned on the performance tasks of the students
    especially to the sport tackled in this subject which is Basketball and Volleyball. Given the
    situation we have, the practical exam in Physical Education 4 (Team Sports) cannot be held at
    GCC because we lack the facility to do so.
    Moreover, I will secure the cleanliness and order in using the court. I am looking forward for
    your approval regarding this matter.
