Subject: Minutes of the District BSP meeting

This is to inform your good office regarding the minutes of the District BSP meeting held at
Bagong Buhay Elementary School on September 7, 2017. The meeting was headed and presided
by the District BSP Coordinator and District School Head/Principal BSP Coordinator. During the
meeting, the following were agreed upon:

 The District BSP day camp shall be on September 22, 2017 at L.O. Renon
Memorial School.
 A registration fee of Php 50.00 shall be collected per participant; there will be a
pre-registration until Wednesday (September 13, 2017). Payment shall be given to
the District BSP Coordinator.
 Each school shall have a participant of the following categories:
- Search for Mr. Kid/Kab Scout
- Search for Mr. BSP (with talent and Q & A; casual and barong)
- Modern dance (3-5 minutes)
- Vocal Solo (Makabayan)
- Choral (Makabayan; 10 members)
- Poster Making
 The abovementioned activities shall be done simultaneously therefore each school
shall ask the School Heads/Principals’ approval to send an additional teacher to
assist the pupils.

In connection to the above, may I request each Teacher-Adviser to register their pupils as
members of the BSP and ask pupils and encourage them to participate in the said activity.

This is to formally request from your good office to allow us to conduct a BSP School Day Camp
on September 21, 2017 in preparation with the incoming BSP District Day Camp. The objectives
of the said activity are the following:

 To promote camaraderie among pupils through BSP.

 Be able to raise fund for the School BSP.
 Be able to choose participants for the following categories:
- Search for Mr. Kid/Kab Scout
- Search for Mr. BSP (with talent and Q & A; casual and barong)
- Modern dance (3-5 minutes)
- Vocal Solo (Makabayan)
- Choral (Makabayan; 10 members)
- Poster Making

May I also request to allow us to collect a registration fee of Php20.00 per participant to cover
expenses for the prizes and awards. To promote transparency, we will prepare a financial
statement on cash receipts and disbursements after the said activity.
