LETTER OF REQUEST

Sir,

Greetings in the name of the Lord!

I am Joshua Quijano Lamzon, a Bachelor of Physical Education, 3 rd year student at

Isabela State University Main, Echague Campus. As inclined with my field of specialization,
I would like to propose an Barangay Bagnos E-Sports Championship 2021 on the last week
of April 2021, a one week affair. In relation to this event, we are in need of a venue and
personnel that could cater for the different e-sports would be conducting such as Mobile
Legends (5v5), Call of Duty (2v2), Tekken (1v1).

In this juncture, I humbly requesting for your approval to permit in conducting such
an event on our Community Center of Barangay Bagnos, since it is very conducting place to
conduct such an E-Sports Tournament considering its security and convenience. The
cooperation and help of the barangay is highly appreciated especially the preparation of the
needed facility in the said event. Also, I would like to ask some help from your good office
for the restoration of community center for the upcoming E-Sports activity.

I am willing to pay a considerable rental as you may prescribed for the use of place
including lights, electricity, audio materials and other facility for the said activity.
