    Evacuation Center located at Brgy. Bonifacio, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur from 6:00 – 12:00 pm.

    We assure you that proper precautions and guidelines will be set for the duration of the activity,
    ensuring then safety, orderliness and cleanliness of the surroundings and participants.

    standby from October 28 – November 4, 2023, to ensure the proper precautionary and emergency
    measures in the event of an unlikely situation during the said event. This request is pre-approved in
    the proposal and budget for the set-up and implementation of the said event. Our medical officer
    will be provided meals and snacks for the whole duration at the Cabugao Evacuation Center located
    at Brgy. Bonifacio, Cabugao, Ilocos Sur from 7:00 – 11:00 pm.
