Margherita Pizza

Ingredients

10 ml yeast
2 ml sugar
175 ml warm water
15 ml olive oil
2 cloves garlic
Basil
1 tomato
100 ml grated mozzarella cheese
400 ml flour
2 ml salt
Salt, pepper, chili flakes

Instructions :

1 - preheat oven to 450


2 - dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water - let sit in your liquid measuring cup on top of the
stove for 8-10 minutes
3 - mix flour and salt in a large bowl - set aside
4 - mince garlic and mix together with the oil, salt, and chili flakes
5 - grease your pizza pan with a tiny bit if your oil mixture
6 - slice up your basil (if using fresh basil)
7 - thinly slice tomatoes, set aside
8 - add yeast mixture to flour mixture, stir and turn onto a floured surface. Knead for 2 minutes
9 - stretch dough onto a pizza pan
10 - spread with oil mixture, sliced tomatoes, basil, and cheese
11 - cook for 12 minutes
