agree to abide by the rules of this event and certify that I am
fully psychologically and physically fit to finish the race, and
that I fully accept the Waiver of Liability and all terms and
conditions of the activity.
I understand that participating in the event may involve
real risk of serious injury or even death from various causes
including but not limited to falls, over exertion, dehydration,
contact with other participants, spectators, road users, effect of
weather and condition of the road. I voluntary assume all the
risks associated with my participation in the event or any
activity associated with it.
I, in consideration of and as a condition of the
acceptance of this entry for myself, my executors, administrators,
heirs, next of kin hereby waive, release and forever discharge the
event organizers, sponsors, promoters, from all claims, actions or
damages that I may have against them howsoever cause, arising
out of or in any way connected with my participation in this
event.
I authorize the use of my name, and picture and any
information provided by myself on this entry form to be used
without payment in any promotion and advertising. I also agree
that the information that I have may be used by the event
organizer for the purpose of promoting future and other events
for the promotion of face sponsors, production and services.

Assembly Time : 4:00 a.m.
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
a. Participants are required to pay the registration fee of One Hundred
Pesos (Php 100.00) alongside with the accomplished and signed
registration and waiver form.
b. Participants must be psychologically and physically fit and aged 13
years old and above
c. Minors must seek parental/guardian consent with the registration
form.
d. Registration is on first-come-first- served basis.
e. Pets and wheel-run vehicles are not allowed on the course other than
the official race and medical vehicles.
f. Participants being paced during the race by a person who is not
officially registered and accepting assistance from non-race participants
will be disqualified.
g. Participants who begin before the actual start time will be disqualified.
Likewise, participants who do not start from flag off will be disqualified
and will not be allowed to join the race. Check in time at the starting line
will be 15 minutes before the start.
h. The race organizers reserve the right to reject any entrant or to
disqualify any participant who is suspected to be under the influence of
alcohol or drugs or having taken with them banned items and any
participant who is found to have misrepresented himself/herself.
i. The race organizers may change without prior notice any of the rules
and regulations that they may deem necessary to ensure the success of
the race. The race organizers’ decision is final.
j. Total of six (6) winners per category, three (3) each from male and
female group will receive a cash and certificate as their prizes.
NOTE:
• Bring plastic bag for your clothes.
• Medical aid will be available.
IMPORTANT:
• Present this form in exchange of the first official colored wristlet at
PLAZUELA (starting point).
• Location of the stations are as follows:
PLAZUELA (start point) > YAKAL ST. > KKK > WALTERMART >
SNAG (endpoint)
• In the event of completing the five official colored wristlets,
participant shall aim to pick the winner’s tag at the end point
(SNAG). First to pick the winner’s tag for each category will be
declared as winner/s.
