Synopsis
 Purpose
The purpose of this study is to further learn more about this pandemic that is now present
in numerous countries. This will inform people what is currently happening around the world.
This will also help them to prepare themselves whenever it reaches their homes. In this study, it
will add more information for the scientists and health workers to work on cures for the virus.
 Field of research
This research is a Science and Technology field because in order to know if a person is
infected by the virus, you study the person’s blood. While on the technology side, health workers
use thermal scanners for example to check if a person has fever which is a symptom of having
been infected by the virus.
 Outline
A wide number of people are experiencing these symptoms: cough, fever, fatigue, and if
severe difficulty in breathing. The disease can be serious and even fatal. This virus is a person-
to-person spread meaning it can be easily transmitted when you are close contact with another
person. The droplets of their cough or sneeze may possibly go inside your mouth or nose which
possibly enters the lungs.
 Theory
The latest conspiracy theories about the new coronavirus, which first led to
an outbreak in Wuhan, China in late 2019, allege that the virus was man-made, rather than the
natural result of people coming into contact with wild animals.
A ZeroHedge article with the headline, “Coronavirus Contains ‘HIV Insertions,’ Stoking
Fears Over Artificially Created Bioweapon,” pounced on some of the language in the preprint to
argue that the scientists were saying the virus might be “man-made.” The story also cited tweets
from a visiting scientist at Harvard who had commented on the preprint and stated that the
scientist’s tweets suggested that the virus “might have been genetically engineered for the
purposes of a weapon.”
2. Findings
 Problems
The problems caused by this virus are plenty. One is that business establishments cannot
perform properly because customers are at their homes, and also the employees can’t work at all.
Livelihood of people are also affected, farmers cannot be exposed outside to harvest some crops,
construction of buildings and other roadworks are postponed which results to inconvenience.
Also schools are cancelled, affecting the education of students. And the main problem that this
virus brings is the cost of life. With it being easily transmitted by one person to the other, makes
hundreds of people affected because they all need medical assistance right away or else the virus
will just spread. This is the risk our health workers are taking just to resolve this problem right
away.
3. Discussion
 Major problems
Its major problem is that is costs life of many people. Not only those who are infected
that did not want the virus in their bodies, but also those health workers who accompanies them
while they are healing, the lives of the health workers are always at risk since they are the ones
who are exposed to the virus.
 Solutions
There are a variety of ways on how to prevent the spread of the virus. The most common
solution is personal hygiene, which comes from you yourself. Regularly and thoroughly clean
your hands with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water. Also maintain
social distancing, keep away from people at least 3 feet distance between yourself and anyone
who is coughing or sneezing. And stay at home if you’re not feeling well. If you have the said
symptoms, seek medical attention and call in advance. It is always important to follow the
directions of your local authority.
 Outline
Advantage of washing your hands regularly is to kill all the bacteria you have touched, so
that whenever you unconsciously touch your face, it will lessen the chance of the virus to enter
your body. Practice of good hygiene is the key to prevent this virus, it will change a bit in your
daily routine because it will require extra time for you to accomplish the proper hygiene.
4. Conclusion
 Conclusion
In conclusion to this study, the spread of this virus depends on all of us. We need to
follow simple instructions from the health organizations in order for the treatments to work and
to prevent its spread. If lockdown is already present in your community, everyone should
cooperate and stay at home. This will lessen the stress the health workers are already facing
because you are extra careful. I assume that the theories will remain as theories as of now. It still
lack evidences that this virus is human made. In times like this, it is important to trust the
process. Being cooperative in all the instructions is hardly necessary. We humans should work
together to secure everyone’s safety.
5. Recommendations
 Chosen solution
I highly suggest that the personal hygiene solution will do the work. This starts with our
own selves since we own our bodies. Therefore with proper care with oneself will lessen the
chances of getting infected.
 Justification
This will solve the problem because it is an act of prevention. Preventing the virus from
infecting us is better than curing it when it is already there. Prevention is better than cure.
 Integration of theory
The theory states that the new coronavirus is man-made, not the people coming in contact
with wild animals. It is said that it contains ‘HIV Insertions’ which is created as an artificial
bioweapon.
6. Implementation
 By whom and by when
With this virus infecting the people which obviously makes them sick. These people are
then brought to special tents outside hospitals, they are not allowed inside the building because it
will only affect the patients inside it. This is done by trained doctors and volunteered health
workers since it is a risk to take. This should be done immediately once a patient is suspected to
have been infected. Quarantine takes about 14 days before you get the final results, so actions
should be done quickly but precisely.
 Financial and time
Since this is an active case happening right now, I assume that this will take roughly
about 5-6 months until the community is fully virus free. No one can tell the end of this
pandemic yet since the widespread is happening fast. The financial cost of this case is also
assumed since it is still active, but a lot of cities have started to invest in some gadgets to
eliminate the virus in their respective communities. An example of the gadgets is a special drone
which is usually used in farms to spray pesticides. A rough estimate of one of these gadgets is
about 10 million pesos. There are also basic needs of the citizens like groceries since they are not
allowed to go outside and buy, the local government are encouraged to give out grocery
packages.
