1. What is your name and age?
 My name is Madhu Ambekar and I am 33 year old.
2. Where do you live?
 I live with my parents at shivaji nagar, near Hotel visava, Bhokar road,
Nanded.
3. What are your profession/ education and from where do you have done?
 I have done fashion designing from MGM Javaharlal Neharu college of
fashion designing, Aurangabad Maharashtra.
4. Can you tell us what was happened to you during lockdown and from which
situations do you have gone through?
 In the starting days of lockdown everything was good but them the
situation was getting difficult of me as my husband is behaving not good
to me just because of some minor problems but then after he started
beating me and abusing mi for no reason.
5. What are name and age of your spouse and where he lives?
 Suresh Kedarkar age 37 he is from Hadgao Maharashta
6. What is his profession and education?
 He is an business man and he has done BBA from Yeshwant college,
nanded
7. Do you live with your in-laws?
 In the early day I was lived with in-low but now I am living with my
parents only at my native place.
8. What was the behaviour of your in-lows during lockdown?
 Same as my spouse behaviour.
9. Did only verbal abuse was employed or else.
 No. after verbal abuse he has stated beating me for minor reasons
10. Have you tried to defence your self
 Yes I tried many times but it doesn’t worked
11. Any devices were incorporated for violence?
 Yes, mostly with the leather belt.
12. Were any threats made against you?
 Yes, he has told me to keep silence otherwise he will defame me and my
family and also to ruin social status of my family are resulting to social
degradation.
13. Do you believe any reasons for such drastic change in his behaviour
 Yes, this might be because of alcohol as he was found of drinking.

B. Interview of advocate
1. What is your name?
 Hello I am Adv Mohanish V. Thorat (High court, Aurangabad Maharashtra)
2. Sir, as we had faced number of incidents of violence in COVID-19 lockdown all over
an India. According to you what are the reasons or courses?
 Yes, it is an evil but we must be practical, the cases are increasing a porously,
there are various causes such as poverty, population exposition, greed of male
child, nuclear family most commonly to say that impact of liquor consumption
and media trials.
3. The existing legislations and statues are sufficient to curd it?
 Yes there are numerous legislations and statute and the court also takes into
consideration of them but the real fact is that the victims are after hidden from the
society and hence difficult to trace out.
4. Why victims are hidden?
 Because of low-self esteem and poor family and peer family pressure and last but
not the least the social stigma.
5. Have you practically handled any case of this matter?
Actually not I court but I consulate the victims in my chamber. As I said early the
social and family pressure it could not come up to court.
