Dear Team Member,

(Please write your name here) ______________________________________________________________________
Thank you on behalf of The Team Arslan Larik for your valuable time, commitment and support in co-creating a
magnificent training event. In an effort to improve our events for the benefit of all concerned, we have a few
important operating agreements that we ask you to respect, whilst at this training. Please read the following
agreements and sign the bottom of the form, ONLY if this is an optimal assisting and win-win environment for you.
Please remember: Your intention focused in the right place is stronger than simply having attention.

This is an idea of what we expect during the training: -

 As a Coaching Assistant, you should make sure you are here ½ an hour before the start of each day's training. Be on
time for all meetings and sessions. Be aware that lateness may result in your being asked to leave the team. Also
make sure you are in the room at all times (especially when the trainer is explaining the exercises) because you will
be required to assist participants throughout exercises.

Every Coaching Assistant's job is to: -

 Be conscious: Be here in the training because you want to be here . In uptime, listening, holding right
intention, participating with the training - sending out the right message to training participants i.e. make sure
that we (you & Team Arslan Larik) are both getting and receiving value: make sure being here is a win-win
situation for you.
 Act professionally: have integrity to take care of your physical body, emotional body and mental body; have energetic
integrity; have business integrity (i.e. NO promoting yourself or networking while you are coaching at our
trainings). It is a conflict of interest - you are here to 100% support the trainers and Arslan Larik only – and to be, in
turn, supported 100% by the trainers and Team Arslan Larik
 Clean boundaries between assistants and participants: maintain only appropriate contact between training
participants and yourself inside and outside of the training room and training hours. Treat everyone in the
training as a friend and be professional. Treat them as though they were your therapy clients. Do not coach the
training participants outside of the training hours and outside of the training room. Encourage the students in their
performance during the exercises but pay attention to your praise (flattering remarks about their looks can be taken
as sexual harassment).
 Do not entertain personal relationships with the students: during the training and for at least 21 days after the
completion of the training (i.e. do not have sex with the students, or any other Religious or Cultural Violation). Do
not use hypnotically open loops and do not set up expectations for sometime in the future, beyond the 21 days.
Failing to respect this agreement will result in your being asked to leave immediately and never attend any Arslan
Larik trainings in the future.
 During the training, you are NOT permitted to engage in promoting your own personal business, coaching or
training.
 Co-dependency: Sometimes, students will unknowingly start a co-dependent relationship with a coaching assistant,
and will only want one coaching assistant to help them – this cannot happen. If you feel a co-dependent relationship
is forming, send another training assistant to help when that student has questions.
Training assistants are also not allowed to socialize with students (i.e. have lunch, with course participants (this
includes driving or travelling home with students).
 From the NLP point of view, do NOT touch the students during exercises (even if you consider they need an
encouraging pat on the shoulder) because this means anchoring. Remember Rapport when assisting students: Say,
"Would you like some assistance?" & "Can I give you some Feedback?"

 Plan your breaks at a different time than the normal breaks and focus all of your attention on talking to the
training participants during the breaks (i.e. not the other coaching assistants). Unless otherwise designated, do
not take up space at the resource table (unless you’re leading somebody there) – leave that space for
participants to purchase resources they need for future. Please do not eat snacks inside the training room.

 During breaks: Your primary job during the breaks is to talk to the training participants. Get to know students
well enough so that you can ask them "Are you enjoying the training? Are you going to next training, specify what
that is?” If students are very keen to attend additional trainings, please inform one of the Team Arslan Larik or staff

 Make everyone feel welcome - say hello and introduce yourself. Wear smart casual or business attire.
 Support - Be 100% supportive, 100% aligned - with all Arslan Larik trainings and Team Members. They give you
100% support & information and expect nothing less from you. When you are aligned, your Consciousness streams
forward through the room & the students like a laser, and everybody gets their goals.
Remember, we are in the business of change: that has potential of bringing up people's “stuff”. We are all 100%
congruent & bullet proof that the training is magnificently designed for personal transformation and
empowerment of each & every person here. For the purpose of this training, Team Arslan Larik and staff are
management – therefore all staff should be regarded this way.
 100% focus on students - maintain 100% focus on the training participants' outcome for the training and assist
them in achieving that. Focus on what is working. (Remember what you focus on is what you get). Agree to focus
on a seamless and excellent training experience in which participants, fellow assistants and Trainers are fully
supported. Reframe any attempt to disagree with the trainers or training design. Be at Cause for your
communication at any time. Coaching assistants are not allowed to do Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy® and NLP
interventions on each other during the classroom hours, and during students’ practice hours in the classroom.
 Be in the classroom during exercises If a student asks you a question, and you do not know the correct answer, the
appropriate response is: "I am not fully aware how Larik is teaching that this year, let me go find out.". Then please
go find out and return to the participant with the answer. Do not send someone else.
Also, when you have assisted a student, ask them “does this answer your question” if they say yes, leave – do not
stand with them until they do the exercise, because they will think they can only do it when you are with them
(which does not empower them).
 Occasionally we may have uneven numbers in the training. Coaching Assistants will sometimes be asked to be a
client so all students can have success as the Practitioner in the time frame we provide for each exercise – we need
to make sure each student is an excellent Practitioner, not necessarily an excellent client, this means that the
coaching assistant is never the Practitioner with students.
 Already in a relationship with a course participant? Please inform us now if you are already in an existing
relationship with any of the students who are attending this training – be it personal, professional, therapeutic,
clients, friends, etc.
 Communicate clearly, effectively, directly and only to the person who can do something about any problem you might
have, minor or major.
 Use Only NLP/TLT/Hypnosis when assisting participants - no other modalities. This is an NLP/Coaching/Hypnosis/TLT
training and this is what the participants have come here to experience and learn.

 We value you being here as an assistant to assist our students to learn what they have come to learn. If at any stage
you feel that your subject matter knowledge for a particular topic in the training is lacking, please let one of the
Arslan Larik team member know and we will give you tasking to improve your knowledge and skills. If we discover
through feedback, that your subject matter knowledge is lacking we WILL give you tasking to improve your
knowledge and skills. If the Arslan Larik and team finds that your subject matter knowledge and skills across multiple
topics, is lacking; we may ask you to leave the training.
 Always be professional & never bring your personal issues to the trainings : Knowing this will make you
resourceful to deal with any "stuff" that anyone may have during the training. If you have any personal issues
come up, maintain your state, continue to focus on the participants and deal with it outside of the training room
after hours.
 Dealing with fires: From time to time, the trainers may have to be quite flexible and/or quite stern with the
students. If a student comes to you and tries to enroll you into the idea that the trainers are harsh, AVOID
agreeing! Instead, reframe. Remember that everything that happens at this training is planned for a specific
outcome. Remember Reasons-vs-Results (behavioral flexibility). 100% support of the training - anything less than 100%
support is non alignment (which effectively sabotages our goals).
 Putting out Fires: from the students (objections & complaints): Allow people to empty out first & ONLY then, reframe.
After you fully listen to what a student has to say, then ask them "now, what is this really about". At the
training there is no room for the personal therapy - assist students in maintaining a professional training state. If you
know what to do, put out the fire. If you do not know what to do, refer it out. If you have any problem with the
training discuss it with the person who can do something about it.
 We do not expect anybody to be perfect: We do expect that we all have sensory acuity to look outside
ourselves & have the flexibility to change our behavior if necessary.
 Questions from assistants: This is the students’ training, this is their time. Please hold your questions until before
each exercise, AFTER the trainer has explained the exercise and the participants have started it.
 Examination Assessment: During day 6, you may be asked to help mark the examination papers submitted by the
students. You will be given an answer sheet, to check correct answers. If you are unsure about the answers, you can
check with one of Arslan Larik team members or Management.
 Your business/personal development and/or spiritual interests outside of the training room should not be shared
with the delegates. Any comments/views you have may be deemed the comments/views of Arslan Larik. Refer
all enquiries regarding further business (public training/ in-house training/ coaching/ therapy/ breakthrough sessions) to
Arslan Larik’s office.
 All Arslan Larik Staff Members are Management: During the course everyone will have a specific role to ensure the
smooth running of the training. If you are asked to complete a task by a member of the Arslan Larik’s team, please
do the task as though Arslan had asked himself.
 Confidentiality - what happens in the training room is confidential. Delegates are entitled to expect a safe
environment in which to fully experience their personal breakthroughs. Discussion between assistants should
be discrete. A member of the Arslan Larik’s team should be notified immediately of anything that you feel may
affect the smooth running of the training and/or a delegate's outcome.
Our Coaching Assistants Program is to treat everyone as a professional and as an adult. There will be no chasing
after you or looking after you to make sure things get done. As a professional and as an adult, we take it for
granted that you will follow through with your agreements &/or communicate if you need help or if you need to
re-make any of the above mentioned agreements. Thank you for your help and support! Enjoy the training!
