Social Network- refers to an arrangement having a set of actors such as individuals or organizations and

a set of dyadic ties (relationship between two individuals) among these actors.

Planetary Network- refers to the interconnections and interrelations among


various elements in the natural environment enveloping and affecting earth as well

Ex. Rain, wind, sun’s rays,


gases and other climate-
Ex. Plants, animals, bodies of
related elements
land and water

as beyond earth‟s surface.

Climate Warming- is the rising and of global averange temperature of earth‟s surface due to the
thinning of the ozone layer in earth‟s stratosphere

. Climate change- refers to the major changes in the climate that last for long period of
time. One effect of global warming that people experience is El niño and La niña.

El niño- phenomenon that results to drier and hotter conditions that sometimes resulting
to drought in some countries in the Pacific. This is the condition where there is no rain.

La niña- phenomenon opposit of El niño where in more rain and storms are experience in
some areas of the pacific
Production pattern- refers to how people generate and manufacture the products they need to use, sell,
or consume.

Consumption pattern- it involves the use of economic or consumer goods and resources. Meaning how
we conume and utilize the products that producers had manufactured.

carbon footprint- it is the measurement of the total amount of carbon dioxide and methane emissions
of a population or the activity of the people

carbon offsetting-it is the reduction of carbon footprint by using other options like wind or solar energy.
