Terminal Wiring Precautions:


Please use multi-core shielded cable or stranded wire to connect the control terminals.
When using shielded cables, the near end of the cable shield (the end close to the inverter) should
be connected to the ground terminal PE of the inverter. When wiring, the control cables should
be sufficiently far away from the main circuit and strong current lines (including power lines,
motor lines, relays, contactor connecting lines, etc.) by more than 20cm, and avoid parallel
placement. It is recommended to use vertical wiring to prevent the inverter due to interference.
Malfunction.

C. Panel operation and parameter description of the inverter


3.1 Operation panel description
The keyboard operation panel of the inverter for MC quick door is mainly composed of two parts:
the display area and the key area.

Frequency converter running time limit setting (hours):


0: indicates that the usage time is not limited. If the value is
not set to 0, it means that when the service time of the
frequency converter (Pr126) is greater than or equal to
Pr0128, the frequency converter prompts ER.15, and the
Prl28 frequency converter cannot run anymore. If it is necessary 0 -9999 0
to release the protected state, long press the "Reset" key,
clear the fault code, enter the correct password, enter the
system parameter,Pr0128, change this value to 0, then the
service time is no longer limited; Note: If you want to limit
the running time of the converter, please change the original

3.3 Debugging Instructions
3. 3. 1 Travel switch mode (Note: After modifying the running mode, it will take effect after
power off)
Set the parameter Cr000 to 0 stroke switch mode (factory default), and install and connect
correctly as shown in Figure 2-1 before use. Optimize the opening and closing process by
adjusting parameters Cr001 to Cr012.
3.3.2 Encoder mode (including incremental encoder and absolute value encoder)
1. If the user uses an incremental encoder, please set the Cr000 to 1(incremental encoder
mode), and install and connect the cable according to Figure 2-1. In this case, terminals A
and B are connected to signal lines X12V/(X24V) of the encoder, and COM is connected
to the ground wire of the encoder 013 "). The X0 terminal is connected to the encoder
zeroclearing switch, which must be installed at the lowest floor of the door.
2. If the user uses the absolute value encoder, please set the Cr000 to 2(absolute value encoder

3. Encoder learning: in the state of frequency display interface, long press "Mode/learn key",
when the nixie tube blinks, it indicates that it has entered the learning door high mode.
Press DOWN OR UP KEY TO ADJUST THE door machine to the lowest point (zero),
long press the keyboard "reset" button, then the current display pulse number can be
cleared, that is, the current position is the zero point of the door. Press the up button (or
up button), the door should move upward, and the number of pulses displayed at this time
should increase in a positive direction (if the number of pulses displayed is negative,
please modify Cr014 to change the installation direction of the encoder, and power off
and restart the initialization. Press the up button (or up button) to make the door run to the
upper limit position. At this time, press the "confirm" button and the digital tube will stop
flashing. The current pulse number is the number of pulses corresponding to the total
door height and the corresponding parameter is Cr015;

(1) Encoder direction learning: when the up button is pressed, the value of door stroke pulse
displayed on the LED of the operation panel should be increased; Conversely, when the
down button is pressed, the value of the door travel pulse displayed on the operating
panel LED should decrease; If not, switch terminals A and B or set Cr014 to 1.

the parameter Cr015 can be set manually to the current number of gate travel pulses.
After the setting of the total gate height, the frequency converter will automatically
calculate the lower limit, middle limit and upper limit according to the setting of
parameters Cr016, Cr017 and Cr018. If the positions of the lower limit, middle limit and
upper limit are found to be inappropriate during the operation, the setting values of
parameters Cr016, Cr017 and Cr018 can be adjusted manually. If the half-open/full-open
state function is required, set the parameter Cr019 to 1. At the same time, when the X4
terminal is effective, the frequency converter will stop when it rises to the mid-limit
position.

D. Fault code and description


Table 5-1 lists the fault codes and descriptions of HJ08 series frequency converters.
When the converter detects a fault, it will display the following code, which can be reset to the
normal state by pressing the fault reset button on the operation panel, or can be restored to the
normal state by powering on the power after the power is off.

How to learn door height after adjusting mode (adjust upper and lower limits)

After successful learning, the door will not come down at the highest point:
① Check whether the stop indicator on the panel of the inverter is always on or flashing
once and for all. If it is on, it means it is normal, and if it flashes once, it means it is in
emergency stop. It is enough to cancel the emergency stop.
② Unplug all the green terminals connected to the photoelectric, radar and door opening
and closing of the inverter, and press the door close key on the inverter panel, the door
should be able to close. Then check the photoelectric, radar and other external equipment,
whether the wires are connected properly, wrongly connected, and whether there is a short
circuit.
