3.3 Debugging Instructions
3. 3. 1 Travel switch mode (Note: After modifying the running mode, it will take effect after
power off)
Set the parameter Cr000 to 0 stroke switch mode (factory default), and install and connect
correctly as shown in Figure 2-1 before use. Optimize the opening and closing process by
adjusting parameters Cr001 to Cr012.
3.3.2 Encoder mode (including incremental encoder and absolute value encoder)
1. If the user uses an incremental encoder, please set the Cr000 to 1(incremental encoder
mode), and install and connect the cable according to Figure 2-1. In this case, terminals A
and B are connected to signal lines X12V/(X24V) of the encoder, and COM is connected
to the ground wire of the encoder 013 "). The X0 terminal is connected to the encoder
zeroclearing switch, which must be installed at the lowest floor of the door.
2. If the user uses the absolute value encoder, please set the Cr000 to 2(absolute value encoder
mode) to install and connect the cable according to Figure 2-1. In this case, terminals A+
and B are connected to signal lines A+ and B of the encoder, 12V is connected to the power
cable of the encoder, and DCM is connected to the ground cable of the encoder 010 ").
Note: Use the specified model when connecting with the absolute value encoder.
3. Encoder learning: in the state of frequency display interface, long press "Mode/learn key",
when the nixie tube blinks, it indicates that it has entered the learning door high mode.
Press DOWN OR UP KEY TO ADJUST THE door machine to the lowest point (zero),
long press the keyboard "reset" button, then the current display pulse number can be
cleared, that is, the current position is the zero point of the door. Press the up button (or
up button), the door should move upward, and the number of pulses displayed at this time
should increase in a positive direction (if the number of pulses displayed is negative,
please modify Cr014 to change the installation direction of the encoder, and power off
and restart the initialization. Press the up button (or up button) to make the door run to the
upper limit position. At this time, press the "confirm" button and the digital tube will stop
flashing. The current pulse number is the number of pulses corresponding to the total
door height and the corresponding parameter is Cr015;
(1) Encoder direction learning: when the up button is pressed, the value of door stroke pulse
displayed on the LED of the operation panel should be increased; Conversely, when the
down button is pressed, the value of the door travel pulse displayed on the operating
panel LED should decrease; If not, switch terminals A and B or set Cr014 to 1.
(2), the total height of the door: under the pulse mode, long press "model/learning key, digital
tube at the same time scintillation, says it has entered into a state of total height of the
door to learn, and hold down the button, the door began to fall, when the door is touching
the reset switch X0 (or long press" reset "button), the encoder pulse number, frequency
converter to stop; At this point the gate nadir learning is complete. Keep pressing the up
button and the door will start to rise. When it reaches the upper limit, release the up
button and the frequency converter will stop. At this time, press the confirm button (or
press the emergency stop button first, and then press the up or down button), the digital
tube will stop flashing, and the frequency converter will automatically record the total

stroke pulse number of the current door height into the parameter Cr015. Alternatively,
the parameter Cr015 can be set manually to the current number of gate travel pulses.
After the setting of the total gate height, the frequency converter will automatically
calculate the lower limit, middle limit and upper limit according to the setting of
parameters Cr016, Cr017 and Cr018. If the positions of the lower limit, middle limit and
upper limit are found to be inappropriate during the operation, the setting values of
parameters Cr016, Cr017 and Cr018 can be adjusted manually. If the half-open/full-open
state function is required, set the parameter Cr019 to 1. At the same time, when the X4
terminal is effective, the frequency converter will stop when it rises to the mid-limit
position.

How to debug and learn door height in inverter mode:
Fast door converter debugging method: inverter factory may be mechanical limit mode, may also
be a single turn absolute value encoder mode. The method of debugging encoder mode or
mechanical limit mode is as follows:
Power on → display F000.5(or F000.8)→ Press the programming key once → Display Cr000→
Press the OK key once → display D0000 or D0002 → Press the up or down key to adjust the
corresponding mode (adjust it to D0000 by mechanical limit, D0001 by incremental encoder,
D0002 by M02 encoder) Then press the OK button once → power off (power on after the display
screen is completely off)
How to learn door height after adjusting mode (adjust upper and lower limits)
Electricity to display F0005 or F0008, push the study long - when the screen flash open - learn to
lower limit, under the direction key key to the low of the door (closed) - long press reset button to
reset the (when see digital display to let go after five zero) - according to the direction key key he
transferred to the highest point (the door) - according to determine the key after transferred to the

For example, when the encoder is learning, when the pulse from bottom to top is negative (there is
a minus sign in front of the number), please adjust it according to the following method (the
incremental encoder directly swaps the AB line):

Common fault solutions:

① When using an incremental encoder, check whether the encoder
mode is adjusted (Cr000 is set to d0001, and there is no power off
after adjustment).
② If the inverter displays Er. 13. The power to decelerate may be too
small when ascending and decelerating, you can adjust Cr002 to
Er. 13
18Hz or 20Hz.
③ Check whether the incremental encoder is installed and connected
well, and whether there is any problem with the encoder.
④ If Er. 13 is reported during learning, check whether the motor
holding brake is released and whether the encoder pulse changes.

① Check whether the stop indicator on the panel of the inverter is always on or flashing

emergency stop. It is enough to cancel the emergency stop.
② Unplug all the green terminals connected to the photoelectric, radar and door opening
and closing of the inverter, and press the door close key on the inverter panel, the door
should be able to close. Then check the photoelectric, radar and other external equipment,
whether the wires are connected properly, wrongly connected, and whether there is a short
circuit.
