1. You will be designated as Jr. Software Engineer in our organization during

training and probation period.

2. Training period will be for 6 months from the date of joining. Upon satisfactory
completion of training period the employer at sole discretion will absorb the
trainee in a suitable position as an employee. The employee shall initially be
placed on probation for a period of 6 months.

3. At the time of joining, you are requested to bring the following documents in

5. The Employee shall be initially placed on probation for six months. The
company reserves the right to extend the Probation Period at their sole
www.tecra.com discretion in the said position and the same will be confirmed thereafter
subject to his/her satisfactory completion of his/her probation.

In case the Employee's performance is unsatisfactory and/or the Employee

commits breach of any conditions of his/her employment either during the
probation period or thereafter, the Employer reserves its right to terminate the
Employee forthwith and the said termination shall be without prejudice to the
right of the Employer.

6. During the period of your employment in the company, your position is whole
time employment and you will devote yourself exclusively to the business of
the Company. You shall not undertake directly or indirectly any other job
either part time or full time or work on advisory capacity or be interested
directly or indirectly in any trade or business, service or employment without
written permission from the Company.

7. Reference check will be made from your previous employers. In case there is
any adverse report against you, which may be detrimental to the interests of
the company, or if the information furnished by you is not true, the company
reserves the right to terminate your services forthwith (notwithstanding any
other provisions on the grounds of misrepresentation of facts.

8. It must be specifically understood that this offer is made based on your

proficiency on Technical/Professional skills you have declared. In case, at a

later date, any of your statement/particulars furnished are found to be false or
misleading, or your performance is not up to the mark or falls short of the

any other terms and conditions stipulated herein.

located in India or elsewhere, your current placement will be at Hyderabad.
Please note that the company shall have absolute discretion to transfer,
depute or lend your services on full time or part time basis and on temporary
or permanent basis to any other office/works or at any of its sister companies
existing or that may come up in future connected to our company or our
group anywhere in India or elsewhere.
the affairs and activities of the Company and shall keep confidential any
information, whether written or oral, which relates to internal controls,
computer or data processing programs, algorithms, electronic data
processing applications, routines, subroutines, techniques or systems, or
information concerning the business or financial affairs and methods of
operation or proposed methods of operation, accounts, transactions,
proposed transactions, security procedures, trade secrets, know-how, or
inventions of Tecra Systems or its affiliate, or any client, agent, contractor
or vendor. You shall not disclose the identities and other related information
of any of its clients.

Breach of this provision shall be treated as a gross violation of the terms

herein your services are liable to be terminated without notice.

12. You are initially required to report to Technical Director or Managing

Director, who will assign duties and responsibilities from time to time. You
are required to submit a copy of your duties and responsibilities duly signed
by you for our records.

13. As committed by you during the interview, the management is hopeful that
you should serve the company for a minimum period of 3.6 years.
Management accordingly shall invest in cost of your training for our existing
projects

14. A minimum of three months prior notice is required for leaving from the
company.
U.S. A OFFICE:
15. You shall be paid consolidated CTC of Rs 15000/- (Rupees Fifteen thousand
only) per month for the first 6 months of training period. Your future

16. You shall be also entitled for incentives declared by the company from time

 17. You shall use the Company resources only for the official purposes.

18. This agreement letter is being sent to you in duplicate. You are required to return
the duplicate copy duly signed, signifying your consent for the terms and
conditions specified herein of your offer of services and our acceptance of the
same.

19. The jurisdiction for any disputes in this agreement shall be the courts of
SRINAGAR COLONY MAIN ROAD Hyderabad/Secunderabad.

of contract and the aggrieved shall have all the right to claim damages thereon
