2. That the Annexure P-3, P-6,P-8 to P-10, P-12 to P-


14, and P-16 to P-20 were in Hindi. The official
translation would have taken lot of time and as the
matter is urgent, so it was translated from Hindi to
English by the lawyer well conversant with both
languages.

Prayer:-

It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may


be pleased to :

(a) Exempt the petitioner from filing official


translation of Annexure P-3, P-6,P-8 to P-
10, P-12 to P-14, and P-16 to P-20, and
accept the true English translation thereof
for the purpose of hearing of Special Leave
Petition.

(b) Pass any other or further Order as this


Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the
facts and circumstances of the case.

MOST RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

3. That the petitioner has filed a Special Leave Petition


arising out of the Impugned Judgment and final order
dated 22.03.2022 passed by the Hon’ble High Court of
Madhya Pradesh Principal Bench at Jabalpur in W.P.
No. 14162/2019 (D.B.).

4. That after scrutiny of the paper books of the e-filling,


of defects were pointed out by the registry.

5. That the petitioners were asked to get the original


record of the case for filing documents and for verifying
some facts stated in the special leave petition.
6. That petitioners did not have the original record and
had to go the High Court advocate for collecting the
original record.
7. That the defects were cured immediately after the
petitioners arrived at the advocate office.
8. That the petitioners could not get the record in time
and delay occurred. The delay is bonafide and
unintentional.
9. That the delay may be condoned in the interest of
justice.
Prayer:-
It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that this Hon’ble
Court may be graciously pleased to:-
(a) Condone the delay of………days in Re-filling the
Special leave petition filed against the Impugned
Judgment and final order dated 22.03.2022
passed by the Hon’ble High Court of Madhya
Pradesh Principal Bench at Jabalpur in W.P. No.
14162/2019 (D.B.).
(b) Pass such other and further order or orders as
this Hon’ble Court may deem just and proper in
the facts and circumstance of the present case.
