you can get the usual pills for colds, aches or bruises without prescription.

2. Tipping in Romania is normal and generally anticipated. A 10% tip is the norm
but if you really enjoyed the service you can tip up to 15% - 20%.

3. You should be really careful with the taxi drivers since they usually don’t use the

firefighters or police officers, the number you should call is 112.

8. Whether you’re talking about accommodation, food or activities the prices are not
very high. For example, a meal usually costs around 25 – 30 RON (5,13 – 6,16
Euros) and activities such as hiking are free.
