Whereas is the holder of Plot No:4 ,Form 2 Ward No:Sy.No979 B/2,979 B/3, Assessment
No:49779/4 shanti Nagar Ballari-583104 Measuring 234 Sq mt.
And Whereas I propose to construct a building over plan for the said plot and Whereas I
have submitted the building plan for the building license for sanction with commissioner
city corporatin Ballari (vide letter No: dated as required under section
15 (1) of the KTCP Act.
And whereas the commissioner city corporation Ballari has agreed to sanction the building
license plan of the aforesaid Undertaking.
Now this deed witness that in pursuance of the aforsesaid affidavit and in consideration
having agreed to sanction the building plan submitted (vide letter No : dated :

hereby undertake to indemnity and keep harmless the from all proceeding
In cour and all expenses losses / clims which the May incur are become liable
to pay as result of are in consequence of the sanction according by it to the building plan in
respect of the aforesaid plot
I further agree that I and my entire successor in interest shall abide by the aforesaid terms
and conditions of this deed of indemnity
