CASE STUDY 3

In the first instance, it is unethical to sell less healthy products in the country. It is aware that
the beverage is of poor quality. It can be harmful to people's health. The soft drink company
lacks integrity in the workplace and with customers. The law and the government have the
power to prevent the soft drink company from producing unhealthy products. If the product is
approved, they must inspect and investigate it. They need to be stricter with food rules and
regulations. If the product continues to fail to demonstrate its effectiveness, it will be released
in the future, causing further harm to many people who have purchased the product. To avoid
this problem, the company must cease sales and improve product quality in order to increase
and meet demand.

CASE STUDY 4

In this case, there is no indication of integrity, and it is not only unethical but also illegal. People
who work in the workplace have the right to protect themselves under the Anti-sexual
harassment Act. Because she was harassed by a company's top-level senior executive, the
woman has the right to speak up and defend herself. Offering money is also the same as
breaking the law. She should not accept any monetary settlement because it is illegal and
violates a woman's rights. Many women will be harassed if the woman does not sue the
company and the senior executive. No matter what positions are you, if you show this kind of
behavior it must not be tolerate. To stop the harassment, the women must fight for their rights.
In this case, the law does not care if you make a lot of money; the law will charge you with
sexual assault and you will face the consequences.
