These days there are many new businesses launched, and many young CEO is successful
in taking up their business. What if, you’re one of them, I know some of you here are
thinking about what will happen in the future. We study business, and we know that
putting up in a business is not that easy. We conduct research, create a business plan and
search for the needs of a customer. Are you one of us? Dreaming of becoming the CEO of
your own business? You can be what you want to be.

Hi, my name is Jaylou Feliciano CEO of Fruity F breeze Inc. and today I want to talk to you
about Dreaming to become a CEO, the importance of a good relationship with your
employee and customers, and the workplace safety and environment.

We all know that there are many CEO or even young CEO that spreading on the internet.
They creating products that the people sure want to purchase it. They use their strategies
on how they can be able to promote their product. They even do concert for there own
brand, I know you all them. The most important is, they treat their employees and workers
equally. We know that there are many issue but we must inspire for what they do. If you
are planning to put up a business do not just plan, act for it. Make a hundred percent sure
that you are willing to take a risk. You are not afraid of judgment or any criticism from
different people. Learn and study more about business, everyone does not understand
what you are doing. Ask for advice from any business owner that had much experience in
handling a business. Do not be afraid of failure because that is what you learn, and it is part
of the process of your journey. Start in a small, manage and operate it well until you build
your own and start becoming a CEO in your own company. And the second point is when
you build your own company you must also build a strong relationship with your
employees and consumers. Building a strong relationship is just like a strong connection to
each other. Their consumers must be satisfied with the product or services you offer so
that the consumers keep coming back. Another point is workplace safety and the
environment,Your employees are your second hand in your business and the greatest asset
in the business, you both working for the company’s performance. As I am the CEO of my
own company fruity freeze inc., I am working a lot for my company as well as my
employees. We team up and I collect ideas from them which can help our business. CEO
must treat their employees, workers, and customers right and equally. If you want to know

responsibility for them to have a productive and improved work environment. For
manufacturing the products, the company should take responsibility for what will affect the
environment. Another importance is running an eco-friendly business, it is helpful for the
environment as well as it cannot harm anyone.

Every individual has their own potential, and we have the power to achieve and inspire
the world to strive for success. You could achieve everything if you focused, be mindful, and
are open to challenges. We study entrepreneurship so that we will be able to know the
