I am writing with reference to your advertisement that I saw online. I would like to ask a couple of
questions concerning your equipment for restaurants.

First of all, we are recently opened restaurant in Gdansk, Poland. We have been successfully running
bookings for single guests. We have just built a new venue. We intend to make it a place where
people will hold their weddings and other major gatherings.

Could you please send your current catalogue and price list. We are particularly interested in chairs
and round tables.

We are planning to open ours new venue in 3 months. Therefore, the perfect delivery would be
within two month limit.

We would like to order around 200 chairs and 25 tables. Does your company offer any quantity
discount ?

I would be grateful if you could provide me with the answers for my above-mentioned queries.

Thank for your enquiry in which you expressed an interest of purchasing our chairs and tables.

Please find enclosed our current catalogue and price list. Our company has a a wide range of chairs
and round tables to offer. We hope you will find something that will match your venue.

In response to your question about quantity discount. We do give a 10% quantity discount on orders
over €25,000.

We do not usually ship outside of Germany. But as this is a large order we are willing to make an
exception. We are confident that we can deliver well withing the two-month time limit you require.
Since this is international shipment I believe that hiring freight forwarder would be the best option
for safe delivery.
