(R1) The students will have to submit the proof of the same.

Ex-Aakashian Those students who have enrolled in our Short Term Classroom Courses (Crash
Medical / Engg. Courses / Test Series Courses) shall be given this scholarship on tuition fee.
Short Term They must have paid the full course fee. Left out / Droppers will not be given this ` 3000/-
Courses benefit. Such students should submit the photocopy of fee receipt issued to them at
(R2) the time of admission in crash course.

Ex-Aakashian
This Scholarship will be given to Ex-Aakashians who have enrolled in our One Year /
(DLP & Two Year Distance Learning Programs (DLP) or Test Series Courses. ` 2000/-
Test Series) They must have paid the full course fee. Students who have paid only the booking
amount or registration fee etc. will not be given this benefit. Such students should
submit the photocopy of fee receipt issued to them at the time of admission in the
crash course.

The system at Aakash BYJU’S works in a transparent manner. Our Refund Policy ensures that all the refunds are processed in a fair manner. In
case, where a student expresses his intention of not attending the courses offered by Aakash BYJU’S, and withdrawing his admission, we would
require Refund Application from Parent / Guardian (along with relationship) to be submitted at the respective branch/ centre of Aakash BYJU’S in
person and stating the reason for seeking a refund. The date of submission of written application for refund at the branch/ centre of Aakash
BYJU’S will be considered for the purpose of calculation of the refund amount.

Mode of Payment of Refund:
All refunds shall be paid through Cheques or Online Transfer ONLY in the name and to the account of the student/parent/guardian available with Aakash BYJU’S within reasonable
time from the date of receipt of an application for withdrawal of admission by the appropriate branch / centre of Aakash BYJU’S.
Loan amount will be refunded to Loan partner basis policy eligible amount only. In case any Outstanding still remains with the loan partner after refunding of the amount as per policy
then the same has to be cleared from the parent end coordinating with the loan partner.
NOTE: The Aakash BYJU’S shall not be held responsible and/or accountable for crediting refund money to wrong account due to incorrect details furnished by the student/ parent/
guardian.
Fee Refund Calculated Basis Scholarship Earned in actual exam:
• Students eligible for scholarships should submit their application for refund of scholarships along with the photocopy of Class X Board Exam mark-sheet on or before 26th July.
• Any application for Fee refund basis scholarship earned in the actual exam received beyond the aforesaid date shall be rejected and the student and/or parent shall not be entitled
to receive any scholarship refund under any circumstances whatsoever.
• The Fee refund basis scholarship earned in the actual exam amount shall be paid to the student / parent / guardian on the basis of the eligible merit scholarship in the 1st week of
August.
• In case of withdrawal of admission of Scholarship Students, the student/parent/guardian shall be entitled to refund according to the terms of the Refund Policy and there shall be
no exceptions.

Refund Policy For Tablet Course or Standalone Tablet:
• In case a student has opted for Standalone Tablet, there will no refund in case of any cancellation of the admission.
• In case a student has opted for Tablet Course, Admission Kit & Digital Access Fee shall be refunded as mentioned under Refund Policy after adjusting the cost of the Product.
Note: Access to digital products shall also be revoked, if students seek refund of the Admission Kit & Digital Access Fee Component as per refund policy.
In case the government imposes lockdown/ passes order causing restriction on conduction of o line classes, the classroom learning programs will move to online
learning. In such a scenario, no amount of Fee will be refunded/reduced/adjusted. However, management of Aakash BYJU’S can decide to waive off classroom service fee
at their discretion.
