B. The most important and relevant topic and environmental issue, is the deforestation, this
is a very critical problem, and is one of the main ones we will choose, there are different
sources that show this and explain. One of the reasons of deforestation in the Guaviare
jungle is that the Farc lived there but also another reason may be the cattle raising and
many known reasons of deforestation specially on Latin America.

Then we have the illegal minery, this affects the Guaviare’s rivers since the back sands
with coltan exploded. The lastest news confirms how serious this fact of illegal mining as
been practically destroyed and or affected.

C. The department of Guaviare is a department that is supposed to be very green, it has

many diversities, but even so, from many places you can see the dead forest and felled
forest due to the fight against deforestation, and it is very noticeable. Also the
characteristics of the natural resources of Guaviare are based of their planting wich they
are cacao, honey, banana, yucca and corn, they have a lot of trees and plantations.

D. We also know that Guaviare is one of the few departments that are part of the Amazonia.
It has a lot of sidewalks, and the climate is humid, especially on the Amazonia locations.
This place has some mountains, which are mountainous. Also, with the previous natural
resources that my partner Vicente said, this ones are plante also for self-comsumption not
only for production.
