To repeal title IV of the Economic Growth, Regulatory
Relief, and Consumer Protection Act.

1 Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-

2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

4 This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Secure Viable Banking

5 Act’’ or the ‘‘SVB Act’’.
6 SEC. 2. RESTORATION OF BANKING REGULATIONS.

7 Title IV of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief,

8 and Consumer Protection Act (Public Law 115–174; 132
9 Stat. 1296) is repealed, and the provisions of law amended

1 by that title are restored as if that title had not been en-
2 acted.
