1) Goal and Context

a) Project’s goal
Reduce the ineffective work hour for the sellers and internal team because of extra works
(manual checking and rewriting description) from incorrect product description by
sellers.
b) The problem that this project solves
As a B2C marketplace e-commerce company, Blibli.com see that 30% of products are
created by sellers with incorrect details such as blurry images or incomplete description
or wrong category of product. These irregularities are detected by an internal team
manually which then rejects these products. The sellers have to reupload these products
one by one. These extra works seem to be an ineffective (both to internal team and
sellers) and can be solved from the sellers’ side.
c) The vision of this project
This project will reduce the defected product description rate to 5% and even less in the
future, hence increasing the productivity of both internal team and the sellers.
