This trend can also be seen in Europe's market, where the weather is

What We Grow Efficiently
IN OUR VERTICAL FARMS

We have obtained excellent results on the following crops:

microgreens, flowers, herbs, leafy greens.
Our R&D is experimenting with a wider array of cultures in the following period.

microgreens edible herbs leafy

flowers greens
What Are
MICROGREENS?

Microgreens are young vegetable greens:

approximately 7–10 cm tall, baby plants,
falling somewhere between a sprout and
baby green.

Microgreens are packed with concentrated

nutrients and contain much higher vitamin,
mineral and antioxidant levels than mature
greens.

concentrations.
What Are
HERBS?

Herbs are rich in dietary fibre, minerals (K

and Ca), vitamins E and A.
Using fresh-cut aromatic herbs is a healthy
way to improve the meal flavour.
The most popular fresh herbs in Europe that
we also grow are basil, chives, mint, parsley,
oregano, coriander, rosemary, and sage.
Basil is the most popular culinary fresh herb in
Europe, making up 60-75% of the total
consumption.
What Are
LEAFY GREENS?

Leafy Greens are an assortment of leafy

greens harvested in the seedling stage
and are rich in vitamin A, B, C, E, and K.
We grow multiple varieties of baby leafs salad
like spinach, rucola, mizuna, kale and head
salad like oak leaf, butterhead and lolo red and
green leaf.
We are studying and testing new varieties to
extend our portfolio by 2023.
What Are
EDIBLE FLOWERS?

More than good looks.

Edible flowers are increasingly being used in
high-end restaurants and can decorate a cake,
spruce up a salad, be made into jellies or be
bottled with oils.
They bring additional opportunities for value-
added products and have high profitability.
We’re proud to have
AN UNIQUE AND INNOVATIVE FARMING METHOD

Thanks to our unique farming method, we

control all inputs that our plants receive.
Together with Research Institutes and world-
leading Universities, we are exploring ways on
how varying the inputs impacts the plants, and
therefore creating intellectual property. With
already promising results, our goal is to
develop such know-how that would enable us
to enrich all our plants with beneficial vitamins
or nutrients. This know-how will be applied to
all our crops, making them better than usual
greens, and we will call them:
