ABSTRACT

This study aims to evaluate the impact of internship programs on the professional as
well as on personal development and skills of Management Strategies. The data of
the study consisted of 34 students including Graduated, under graduating, Post
Graduated, Engineering students of 6-8-month ELearning programs from highly
professional literature of Teachnook. The study used structured questionnaire (8-10
close-ended questions assessed using 5point Likert scale) comprised of Seven
questions: Question I: Course Interest Question II: Reasons for participation in
internship, and Question III to VII: Assessment of information related to professional
and personal growth and skills. The study student descriptive analysis to evaluate
demographic information and central tendencies of the responses. Furthermore, scale
measurement analysis is used to check distribution normality of study data and
reliability of the questionnaire. The results of the study depict the impact of internship
programs on the professional and personal growth and skills.

The Covid-19 pandemic has severely restricted the normal functioning of college
campuses nationwide. This situation has made it difficult for marketers to organise
campus ambassador programs. Through social media it can be possible to provide
campus ambassadors with brand videos and social media posts and encourage them
to share on social media to enhance visibility among their classmates.
