Create a graphic organizer that shows five (5) art forms and
practices in Philippine Art for each of the four (4) art forms
discussed. For example, Tinikling and Cariñosa for Performing
Arts; Inabel weaving and Barong Tagalog making for Visual Arts.

Below are the guidelines for the activity:


• Must be drawn on an A4 typewriting paper or Oslo paper
• Must be handwritten and colored (any printed content is
not allowed)
• The student’s name and section must be written at the
top-left corner of the paper

The lesson defines Contemporary Art – that it is not a period,
nor does it have a specific art style, contrary to popular belief. It
also tackled the different art forms across the country: visual,
performing, literary, and media. Not only is it important to know
the art forms, it is also worth understanding and distinguishing
their classifications and kinds.
