The acceptance of our quotation implies the acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
1. Quotation Validity:-
a) This quotation is valid only for the end destination.......
c) Offered unit prices are valid only for this offer.
d) Any order after quotation validity shall be subject to Natco Power acceptance in writing.
2. Prices & Payments
a) 100% advance at the time of your order placement, balance 20% before the delivery of the goods.
b) Decrease in Quantity/Item will have price premium.
c) Spare part & Maintenance not applicable .
d) Site Supervision, Installation & Commissioning not in this quotation.
e) If new type test/special test is required, cost to be borne by Buyer in actuals.
f) The agreed payment term will come in to effect upon order confirming date. Buyer has to clear the payment as per the performa invoice.
g)The warranty will be applicable as per manufacturer’s terms & conditions guiding the warranty.
h) In case of non-acceptance of the material upon material readiness a storage charge of 0.5% of the material value per week will be applied. Material
storage not to exceed 3 to 4 weeks from the date of material readiness. After which the storage charge to be 5% of the material value per week, not to
exceed 20% of the total material value. After which Buyer will automatically forfeit the goods and have no claim.”NATCO POWER” will charge the full
invoice amount to the Buyer's account including storage charges as applicable.
i)This quotation is valid only for the end destination.......
3. Delivery & Storage:-
a) 3 months from the confirming date .
b) Shipping dates will vary depending on manufacturing, product availability, delivery location and other conditions.
c) In the event of delivery to site, site must be accessible by tarred road.
d) Delay in shipment or delivery shall not relieve the Buyer of his obligations to accept shipped material.
f) If gate pass is required to enter the delivery location, it is to be handled by Buyer or delivery will be outside the restricted area.
g) Our offered delivery will be from the date of receipt of clear confirmed PO with drum schedule, approved data sheet, approved ITP(if applicable) and
advance payment or Established irrevocable LC, whichever is the latest.
4. Packing & Marking:-
a) Will be provided as per standard.
b) Packing and Marking will be done as per standard practice.
c) Equipment’s will be supplied complete with standard accessories as supplied by the manufacturer. If you require any optional accessories, then please
ask for the price and include the same in your order.
d) These commodities, technology or software were exported from the United States(or the United Kingdom) in accordance with the U.S Export
Administration Regulations (or the U.K D.T.I Export regulations).Diversion contrary to United States, or United Kingdom, law is prohibited.
5. Cancellation:-
a) No order cancellation shall be acceptable under any circumstances.
b) In a dire and rare event cancellation of order has to be submitted in writing, however acceptance shall be strictly on the sole discretion of NATCO
POWER.
c) In the event of acceptance of cancellation of order or part thereof, “NATCO POWER” reserves the right to charge the full P.O value to Buyer account.
6. Return:-
a) Goods once sold are non-returnable.
7. Tax / Duties / Delivery Charges: The amounts represented in the said proposals
a) Exclusive of VAT, unless indicated otherwise.
b) VAT shall be charged as prescribed rates defined in the Value Added Tax Law and implementation regulations issued by competent authority having
tax jurisdiction.
c) Any new or change in Tax & Duties will be charged to Buyer at actual.
d) Exclusive of any delivery charges that might be applicable, unless indicated otherwise.
8. Waranty :-
a) Products offered carry tow years warranty from the date of supply.
b) Product offered will be covered by local warranty from our side.
c) Pls. note that the warranty will be applicable as per manufacturer’s terms & conditions guiding the warranty.
