walls and ceiling systems, specialist OR doors, operating tables, patient transfer systems, surgical lights, scrub sinks,
medical furniture, modular cabinets, surgical retractors, OR integration systems.

ALVO Mobile Hospital manufactures and delivers mobile hospital systems according to universal medical criteria
for use especially in the regions in which infrastructure development has not been completed yet (disease control,
international cooperation programmes, health campaigns) and in case of emergency, such as:

natural disasters
wars
terrorist attacks

can be designed by combining inflatable tents with carrying modules. Thanks to their modular design they can be assembled

MOBILE HOSPITAL SYSTEMS

ALVO Mobile Hospital provides a whole solution for mobile hospital facilities in solid and climate-controlled units.
As an autonomous installation, it provides a compact environment that will be the equivalent to a hospital in case
of emergency or disaster. These mobile hospitals are quickly set-up to provide fast relief to the community. Multiple
modular units can be assembled by sets of corridors and act as a cohesive unit.

SET-UP
The mobile hospital modules can be quickly set up, both for routine surgical services and as an emergency healthcare
facility. The modules provide high quality and safe working environment for the medical staff, as in a regular healthcare
facility, in a very short time. The mobile hospital modules do not need a specially hardened ground. Each module can be
installed in one day.

OPERATION ROOM MODULE 3:1
Module with double-sided expandable shelter (surface 25 m2). Sides can be extended manually or electrically. Technical section
on the backside. Possibility of using second operating table. The construction of the module allows to fix modalities inside
the unit for transport.

INTENSIVE CARE UNIT / ICU 3:1

Module with double-sided expandable shelter designed for three or four patients, who are at intensive medical care
in the first moments after the operation or in the life-threatening situation.

• electrical and telecommunication installation
• medical gases installation with access points
according to requirements
• general lights
• cabinets, trolleys, beds as needed

 TENT 30 / 45 / 60 m2
Inflatable tent is made of UV resistant fabric. It’s waterproof, mold/mildew resistant and flame resistant. It can
be installed using manual or electric pumps. Optionally available with the system which automatically maintains
the chamber pressure.

• double skin tent
• windows in the tent
• interior lighting system
• air conditioning and heating
• hard floor

MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
ALVO Mobile Hospital systems can be equipped with medical equipment necessary for providing optimal medical care.

UTILITIES
The module has an internal electrical system powered from an external source 380V / 50Hz. Depending on the purpose
and needs module can be equipped with:
ventilation and air-conditioning system with heating option
generator that provides independence from external power supply
UPS backup systems in case of power supply failure
medical gases installation
plumbing system uses the external connections or water and wastewater tank
filtroventilation system and fuel operated heaters
dynamic drying system
installation of compressed air and vacuum.

TRANSPORT
Modules can be transported by road, sea and air freight as a standard 20-foot containers. Modules are equipped with container
corners and fork lift pockets which makes loading and unloading secure and available by standard lifts. Modules can be also
equipped with lifting systems which enable self-loading and unloading of container and automatic leveling of module after
setting up.
