Job Title: Product Manager - Personal Loan

Reporting To: CEO
Department: Product
Products: Personal Loan
Location: Mumbai
The candidate may be deputed to work with the team(s) with the organization/
parent organization/ any subsidiary of the parent organization if and as deemed
necessary.
Principle Duties & Responsibilities:
Evaluate product lifecycle, enhance existing products and work on new products and priorities
changes based on product requirements, business requirements, and market research.
• Responsible for Product Innovations and Product Ideations with regards to Personal Loan and
its automation.
• Responsible for Product Lifecycle from Concept to Deployment including flow charts, features,
scripting.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, define the
product vision, create preliminary design concepts, and drive the implementation of the overall
product roadmap.
• Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, a good understanding of the
technical and market feasibility of the product.
• Collaborate & Communicate with the several teams & stakeholders.
• Monitor product portfolio performance on regular basis and present the observations or submit
timely reports presentation/proposals to the management.
Requirements:
Qualification • MBA / Graduation from Top Tier institute

Experience • Minimum 6+ years of experience.

& desired • Experience about personal loan (unsecured loan) is mandatory.
candidate • Experience in digital transformation, digital lending will be preferred.
