Job Title: Product Manager/Owner - Online Startup

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product

Manager/Owner to join our early stage funded online startup. As a key member of
our team, you will be responsible for leading the product strategy and development,
driving innovation, and ensuring the success of our ecommerce/ D2C app and
website.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute the product roadmap, aligning it with the overall
business strategy and vision.
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design,
marketing, and operations, to ensure successful product delivery.
● Conduct market research, gather customer feedback, and identify user needs
to inform product decisions and improvements.
● Define and prioritize product features, ensuring they align with customer
requirements and business goals.
● Work closely with the development team, providing clear requirements,
specifications, and user stories.
● Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and identify areas for
optimization and growth.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging
technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
● Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and ongoing
enhancements.

Requirements:

● Previous experience of 3 to 7 years in a product management/ownership role,

preferably within a startup environment.
● Proven track record of successfully launching and managing online products
from concept to market.
● Strong understanding of agile methodologies, user-centered design principles,
and product development processes.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with
cross-functional teams.
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and dynamic startup environment.
● Passion for technology, digital products, and staying ahead of industry trends.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
