Growth Product Manager

DoktorABC offers an innovative solution that impacts the way users receive healthcare online. With the
growth of telemedicine worldwide and the increasing need for remote medical services, our online platform
connects users who seek medical consultations, diagnosis, new or renewed prescriptions with certified
professional doctors and pharmacies. We are looking for a passionate, creative and experienced Growth
Product Manager to join our product team.

The ideal candidate is data-driven and with a proven background in optimizing the key business
performance metrics such as retention, conversion, MRR, LTV, AOV etc.

Responsibilities:
● Own the growth team roadmap.

● Own and constantly improve the business performance metrics such as retention, conversion, MRR, LTV,
AOV etc.

● Make data-informed decisions (A/B testing, user testing, data analysis, competitor and market analysis,
defining metrics).

● Drive features and solutions through their lifecycle, from ideation to launch. Write great product specs and
create excellent UX wireframes.

● Team up with business, R&D, designers, analytics, content and marketing to drive business success.

● Prioritize effectively the needs of multiple stakeholders.

● Own an automatic marketing tool for improving conversion\retention.

● Run surveys and turn feedback into insights and action items.

Responsibilities:
● Experience in eCommerce domain or B2C.

● 3+ years of experience in shaping product user growth strategies, with demonstrated experience developing and
analyzing user journey.
● Experience in conversion\retention optimization for online products.
● Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and takes full ownership on projects.
● Strong product UX understanding.
● Strong analytical skills and experience in running A/B tests.
● Excellent English.
