Fuel Gas Composition for Reactor Heater

The document describes the compositions of fuel gas streams at different points in a process. Composition 1 gives the baseline fuel gas composition from a KO Drum outlet as mostly methane (85.35%) with smaller amounts of hydrogen, ethane, propane and nitrogen. Compositions 2 and 3 show variations in the compositions of streams going to a fired heater, with higher concentrations of heavier hydrocarbons like butane. The streams sent to different destinations within the refinery flare system are also listed along with their hydrocarbon compositions.
