Many peoples are in favor of using animals in testing vaccines against cancers.

It's true when many peoples think it is cruel and many peoples think it need to be
stopped immediately but from my points of view, it is still necessary to find a
cure to stop any diseases, not just cancer. I agree with using animals in testing
to
find a cure to stop cancer. Here is some reasons.
Firstable, before promising vaccine candidates can be tested in humans, they must
first be tested in animals. Many potential treatments work in theory, but they need
to be tested in a living body to make sure they work in practice. Very often it is
only possible to do this safely in an animal. If we test vaccines in humans and
don't
look back carefully on the risk may be happened, the consequences is very terrible.
New vacines require testing because researchers must measure both the beneficial
and the harmful effects of a compound on a whole organism. Scientists first
determine whether a vaccine candidate can stimulate an adequate and safe immune
response,
this is one of the most important requirments in many diseases, not only cancer
vaccines.
Secondly, animals often act as model to help scientists can understand everything
about cancer. Before testing vaccines, we need to know how cancer affects to the
body, what cause the cancer and many things like this. Animals and humans share
hundreds of illnesses and cancer is one of them. One of many examples, mice suffer
from many of the same cancers that affect humans, which is one reason why they are
the animals most used for cancer research. Where there are differences, it is
often possible to create an animal model which is close to the human condition.
This may not be perfect, but it allows studies which would be impossible without
animals.
To sum up, using animals in testing vaccines against cancer is necessary because
humans and animals share the similar biology features and share many illnesses and
cancer is one of them. If we test vaccines quickly on humans body and don't look
back at the risk maybe happened, the consequences is very terrible. To make sure
cancer
vaccines can be safe to inject into humans body, using animals is mandatory.
