1) Present the topic of your study in 3 sentences

We have decided to study the administrative support provided by Audencia to the students. We want
to include in our study the communication, the IT support, the availability of information and the
level of everyday life help they can afford. This study is even more targeted to international students
as they need more help to install in France and Audencia.

2) Define the purpose (what are you trying to do with this study)
Our purpose is to conduct a qualitative study to figure out if the expectations of students are close to
what Audencia tries to deliver in terms of administrative support.

3) Identify your type of study (descriptive, exploratory, explanatory, evaluative) and justify

Our study is evaluative as we want to find out how well the administrative support is working in
Audencia.

4) Define a precise question, driving your investigation

What are students' feelings about the administrative support at Audencia?

5) Present your plan to collect qualitative data:

- Use of Secondary data (if relevant): Explain which data, for which purpose in your
study, to investigate on what? Etc.

We did not choose to use any secondary data as we didn’t think anything can be useful for our
purpose, and we want to focus on personal and qualitative study.

We have planned to interview 11 people :

-Two people in one of the majors of Audencia.

-Two people in his first year at Audencia.

-One person in his second year at Audencia.

-Two people coming from AST way.

-Three international students.

-One person in double degree.

We want to have a panel of people coming from all the different admission ways, because the
admission is the phase where you need the most administrative support, and there can be different
issues depending where you are coming from We also want to mix it with the current cursus the
people are in, as it is a point where there might be a divergence. The experience in Audencia may
involve a difference between the feeling of first year students and last year students.
