5. Define Sangguniang Kabataan based on your study.


It is a youth governance mechanism created by law, with its own budget and national
agency as secretariat. It is a league of youth pioneers elected to represent and convey
youth-centered administrations in barangays. They are used as the main subject of our
study.

6. Define interpersonal reactivity index based on your study


Is a measure of dispositional empathy that takes as its starting point, the notion that
empathy consists of a set of separate but related constructs.

7. Define Sense of Efficacy based on your study.


Is the consciousness or awareness of an individual for having the ability to produce a
desired or intended result. It also refers to people’s beliefs about their capabilities to
produce expected outcomes.

8. Define Benchmarking based on your study.


Is the process where a certain group of people or organization measure their success by
evaluating and comparing their strategies with other competitors.

9. Define Empathy based on your study.


Is often defined as understanding another person’s experience by imagining oneself in
that other person’s situation. In this study, empathy was used as one of the variables on
determining good youth governance.

10. What is the difference between empathy and interpersonal reactivity? Why did you
decide on including empathy in your study when in fact interpersonal reactivity can
already give the definition of empathy?

Our respondents are limited to 50 only. There are 34 males and 16 females. Males
outnumbered females in our study.

the idea of having young politicians as the main focus of your study?

Our literature is mostly the latest. However, there’s an exception in some studies. For
example, we cannot avoid using Bandura’s study since he is the founder of the
concepts.
